1) Krish Tours and Travels  isonly a Tours and travel agent. It does not own/ operate hotels, cars/ vehicles

General terms and Conditions

1.All services provided and assured by Krish Tours and Travels are subject to full realization of payment prior to departure. If payment to the Company is made by cheque, the Package/ tour component will be delivered only after realization of cheque.

2. a) Krish Tours and Travels has right to cancel a tour package/tour component without giving any prior notice to customer/ tourist/ group without providing any reasons whatsoever. b) If a tour package / tour component is postponed/ cancelled, the company has no liability to pay any damages to anyone.c) If a tour package/ tour component is cancelled before departure, Krish Tours and Travels and if it does so, its liability shall be limited to refunding the payment paid by the tourist towards the tour package excluding the expenses/ loss Krish Tours and  Travels incurred in arranging the tour package / tour component  (d)To amend, alter, vary or withdraw any tour, holiday, excursion or facility, it has advertised or published, or to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary. In either case the Company shall not be liable for any damages, additional expenses or consequential loss suffered by the Tourist/Group.

3.No person, other than Krish Tours and Travels, in writing has authority to vary, add, amplify or waive off any description, representation, terms and conditions set forth herein or in brochure of the Company, or other terms & conditions regarding tour booked by the Tourist with the Company.

4.In the event of Krish Tours and Travelsexercising its right to amend or alter any tour advertised in their brochure or any other media after such tour or holidays has been booked the Tourist shall have right: (a)To continue with the tour or holiday as amended or altered. (b)To accept any alternative tour or holiday which the Company may offer. In neither of the above cases shall the Company be liable to the Tourist/Group for any damages, additional expenses and consequential loss suffered by the Tourist/Group.

5.Krish Tours and Travelsshall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the Tourist/Group: (a)Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delays, increased expenses or consequential damages by any misadventure or otherwise caused. (b)Any act, omission or default of any hotelier, carrier, travel component supplier or other person or by any servant or agent employed by the travel component supplier who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for the Tourist/Group, howsoever caused. In this clause the expression “however caused” includes negligence on the part of any person.

6. No liability on the part of the Krish Tours and Travels arising in any way out of this contract in respect of any tour, holiday or excursion facility shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for the tour, holiday, package/ tour component or excursion, and shall in no case include any consequential damages or additional expenses whatsoever.

7. The prices quoted by the Krish Tours and Travelsin its brochures / quotation are in INR ( Indian National Rupees or equivalent in foreign currency (local currency of the foreign country / countries being visited). The Company reserves the right to amend these prices in case of currency fluctuation and changes in various rates of exchange and or fuel cost before departure, and to surcharge accordingly. All such increases in price must be paid for in full.

8. It is the responsibility of the Tourist/Group to check and hold valid travel documents like passport,Visa,etc till the end of the tour. In case any travel document like visa is refused, expires or is cancelled by Government / Local authorities, the tour participant will have to meet all the contingencies arising therefrom and to meet all expenses consequential thereto. Krish Tours and Travelswill have no responsibility whatsoever in respect of the above matters. It is the responsibility of the Tourist/Group to check and hold valid travel documents like passport and Visa till the end of the tour. In case any travel document like visa is refused, expires or is cancelled by the authorities, the tour participant will have to meet all the contingencies arising therefrom and to meet all expenses consequential thereto. Krish Tours and Travelswill have no responsibility whatsoever in respect of the above matters.

Check in and Check out times is applicable as per the local hotel/ resorts timings. If the tourist/ group arrival is before or departure is after the normal check-in or check-out time, krish tours and travels is not responsible for additional charges levied by the hotel/resort/ tour travel component supplier and such charges are to be settled by the Tourist/Group directly with the hotel or travel components supplier.

Krish Tours and Travelswill not be liable to any passenger for refund, compensation or claim for shortage of tour days or for cancellation, postponement or re-routing of any particular scheduled transport service due to any reasons including fog. The rules in respect of cancellation charges or refund will be applicable. The tickets are issued, subject to conditions herein. No interest and other compensation charges will be given or any type of claim raise by tourist/ group will not be entertained.

Tourist/ Group are supposed to act accordingly to the local laws of the land. Krish tours and Travels had no liability towards any tourist/ Group non adherence of any rules/regulations / laws. Cancellation

Itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you an overall idea of the likely trip schedule.


Service Tax applicable as per prevailing Govt. Tax.

All claims, disputes and litigation relating to the tours arranged or co-coordinated by Krish Tours and Travelsshall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata only.
Cancellation Charges:

1) Cancellation of any Tour/ Package/s by any Tourist/ Group due to any reasons whatsoever would be accepted if given in writing via email/ letter to Krish Tours and Travels. Cancellation would not be accepted on Sunday, Public Holidays or any Govt. holidays.


Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter/email in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

1) Once Booked, any cancellation would incur a minimum of 25% of the Tour/ Package cost.

2) Minimum of 15 days prior notice from the Tour/ package date, the Tourist/ Group would get a refund, a maximum of 50 % of the Tour/ Package cost.

3) If cancelled within 7days of Prior notice from the Tour/ package date, the tourist/ group is not eligible for any refund.

4) If the Tourist/ Group does not show up for the Tour/ Package, there would be no refund whatsoever.

5) Service charges for any booking is being treated as non refundable.

6) Refund / waiver of any kind are in the sole discretion of Krish Tours and Travels.

Package / Tour Policies:
7) Regarding Laksdweep Tourism /Jammu Kashmir Tourism or any other Government packages We followed their Cancellation rules excluding service charges  will not be refunded. Tour of Laksdhweep from Excochin Jetty Ex-Cochin jetty and Jammu Kahmir from  Jammu/Srinagar to Jammu/Srinagar. Programme Scheduled of Ship is laible to be changed/cancelled without prior notice. Ships are owned and Operated by Laksdweep Administration. In case of a change in the ship scheduled liablility of Sports restricted
To transporting the tourists back to Cochin by immediate available conveyance by the shiop only. If Sports cancelled tour full amount will be refundable excluding Travel agent service charges.

8) Cancellation package refundable amount  either you may collect yourself  if you already in Cochin from SPORTS office.
***Kindly to be noted we can refund amount only when SPORTS will be refunded to us M/S Krish Tours & Travels are not responsible to refund amount from their own soursce.

9) No interest and other Compensation charges will be given Or any type of calim raise be tourist will not be  welcomed.

Ticketing :
Rail tickets will be allotted  as per selected by Railway authority not of our own choice. Cancellation tickets

Will refunded after cancellation and Serive.charge.

Similarly for Helicopter package : if Helicopter cancelled due to natural calamity /Fog or any other circumstances cancellation   amount will be refunded the amount which is written on helicopter  tickets not the package amount.

I do hereby agree to accept all terms and conditions and have no Objection to take booking. Booking of seat means the passenger has accepted Terms and Conditions of M/S Krish Tours & Travels.
